EL PASO, Texas – Regional Healthcare Partnership (RHP) 15, which includes El Paso County and Hudspeth County, is having a Stakeholder Forum April 27 at 9 a.m. at the UMC East Clinic, and later that same day, at 2 p.m. at the UMC West Clinic. (UMC East Clinic: 1521 Joe Battle Boulevard; UMC West Clinic: 6600 N. Desert Boulevard)

All El Paso County and Hudspeth County community stakeholders are invited to attend.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services recently approved a five-year renewal of the Texas Medicaid 1115 Waiver. This renewal allows the State to continue expanding managed care to Medicaid clients while also preserving supplemental payments to hospitals and other critical Medicaid providers. This action authorizes four more years of federal matching funding for the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program.

RHPs throughout Texas are working to submit plan updates to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. These plan updates detail how eligible DSRIP providers will earn the incentive funds.

RHP 15 will present its draft RHP Plan Update at the Stakeholder Forums on Friday.
