The patient portal is accessible to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and anywhere with internet access. It is a convenient tool to help you manage your health. Through the portal you can access your Electronic Medical Record and information on:

• Patient Information (Personal Details, Address, Contact Information, Insurance Information, Personal Contacts, and Medical Contacts);

  • Laboratory Results as soon as available – Sensitive Labs will not be available (ex: HIV);

  • Radiology Results (X-rays) - Delay of 96 Hours;

We now offer the ability for you to securely connect some of the SMART health management apps you may use (i.e. fitness trackers, dietary trackers, etc.) to your health record.
